  1. scope
    For the business relationship between the buyer and the seller, only the subsequent terms and conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order. Deviating agreements require the written form to be valid.

  2. Conclusion of the contract
    By clicking on the order button, the buyer undertakes to be binding towards the provider to acquire the content of the shopping cart. The contract is concluded by confirming the provider in text form (e.g., e-mail or letter) of the provider.

  3. Production time
    1. All items will be made after receipt of payment within 10 working days (except SAMS, Sundays and holidays in Thuringia) to the desired size or measure specified by the customer.
