The following general terms and conditions only apply to the business relationship between the buyer and the seller in their version valid at the time of the order. Different agreements require their validity of the written form.

Salvatorial clause
- If one of the above provisions is or becomes ineffective, the effectiveness of the other provisions will not be affected.
